Event Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To secure your event date with Square Canvas, please review the deposit requirements and cancellation policies for each type of event below.

Public Events

(Paint & Sips, Public Splatter Paint, Pour Paint, Camps, Special Events)

• Tickets canceled 2 weeks or more before the event: Full refund
• Tickets canceled less than 2 weeks before the event: Non-refundable, due to advance supply ordering and employee scheduling

In-Studio and Off-Site Private Events

• A $100 deposit is required to reserve your party date.
• Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
• Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancel 4 weeks or more before the event: Full refund
• Cancel 2–4 weeks before the event: 50% refund
• Cancel less than 2 weeks before the event: Deposit is non-refundable

Mobile Events (Axes & Easels)

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance and any applicable travel fees are due 48 hours before the event.

Weather Policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable due to weather-related cancellations.
• If weather prevents your event from taking place, we offer one reschedule within one calendar year of the original event date.
