Event Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To secure your event date with Square Canvas, please review the deposit requirements and cancellation policies for each type of event below.
Public Events
(Paint & Sips, Public Splatter Paint, Pour Paint, Camps, Special Events)
- Tickets canceled 2 weeks or more before the event: Full refund
- Tickets canceled less than 2 weeks before the event: Non-refundable, due to advance supply ordering and employee scheduling
In-Studio and Off-Site Private Events
- A $100 deposit is required to reserve your party date.
- Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
- Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancel 4 weeks or more before the event: Full refund
- Cancel 2–4 weeks before the event: 50% refund
- Cancel less than 2 weeks before the event: Deposit is non-refundable
Mobile Events (Axes & Easels)
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance and any applicable travel fees are due 48 hours before the event.
Weather Policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable due to weather-related cancellations.
- If weather prevents your event from taking place, we offer one reschedule within one calendar year of the original event date.
